Use Case

This facilitator-led training was designed to help managers recognize biases that may be present on their teams, and provide opportunities to discuss how to avoid bias in the workplace.

Learning Theory

To encourage application of newly defined biases, spaced repetition was the predominant learning theory implemented in this learning experience. Since participants are expected to call out bias in the workplace, potential scenarios were presented to learners so that they could identity the bias and an appropriate resolution.
