Recent Project Highlights
Designed and developed a series product overview presentations that were translated into five languages to support the launch of the Disney Wish cruise ship for Disney Cruise Line.
Designed, developed, and implemented a new learning program for call center agents and third-party travel agents responsible for selling Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World Resort.
Oversaw the design and development of sales channel learning content for the Disney Cruise Line return-to-sailing, including health and COVID-19 safety measures, and sales pipeline qualification. Content was localized for multiple markets.
